Forgot Password (Reset Password)

1. If a user has forgotten their password, they can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot my password" link on the log in screen on the web app or mobile app.


2. Enter your username and click on "Send Password Request" and an email will be sent to the email that is associated with your account. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you can't remember your username, please contact the administrator who assigned you the username.
