FotoNotes’ Vendor Management module allows you to easily manage your network of vendors, assign them work and provide them an online portal and a mobile app to receive and complete work orders. With Vendor Management you can maintain a list of all prospective vendors to your company and include details like their contact information, insurance and W9 data, ratings, notes, and more.
You assign work to a vendor company the same way you assign work to your own field users. Your vendor companies receive their work in their FotoNotes portal and can then further sub-assign that work to their own employees as field users.
