Enhanced Dashboard

The newly released enhanced dashboard feature in the FotoNotes portal provides a better and much easier way to organize and view your work.   The feature is accessible as a view for Portal Admins, Managers and Vendor Basic Admin user roles.

The Dashboard feature combines with our Advanced Search and Saved Search features to deliver a powerful way to organize and quickly access work.  It also lets you see how how many orders are in the different views you have created.

As a portal admin, manager or vendor company admin, The Dashboard view is the first thing you see when you log into your FotoNotes portal. The views are slightly different based on the type of role you have so we have broken them out separately here:

Portal Admin Users- Admin Dashboard

Manager Users – Manager Dashboard

Vendor Basic Admin Users- Vendor Dashboard

Remember, your regular users, field users, customer role users and any sub-users created by vendor basic admins do not see a dashboard when they log in.  Also, the dashboard is only visible in the web application and not on the mobile interface.

Admin Dashboard View:

The Admin Dashboard allows you to easily manage work across your entire FotoNotes portal, including quick links to more commonly used admin features like user, vendor and template management. It also displays your saved searches, and shows activities as they are happening.

These favorite views will be displayed in the My Favorite section of the Dashboard, allowing for quick access to the views most critical to you. Favorites can be set up by selecting the star button next to the view in the Admin Views box on the Dashboard.

Favorites are specific to the user who selects them. Every time you log in you will still see your favorite views. Only Portal Admins and Managers can save favorite views.
