Issue: Your orders are stuck with the sync status screen showing Sync in Progress but the media and projects are not syncing, or the items in the list are stuck in grey.
Resolution: Try quitting and re-starting the app without logging out.
Instructions on how to Quit and Restart FotoNotes:
Double tap the home button (circle button) until you see the screen with all of your open apps. Scroll until you see FotoNotes and swipe up to close the app. Go back to your home screen and then click on FotoNotes to re-open the app.
